12 lol is a bit young, but to answer your question you would need a good seamstress, or dressmaker, or buy direct from a wedding dress shop.

Sounds like you are fasinated with Wedding Dresses.
That is understandable they are spectacular.
Have you considered drawing your vision for your perfect
dress, then take sewing classes or self teach yourself
on how to sew the dress. After years of practing and
a number of wonderful drawings you may one day have
the dress you designed walking down the aisle with you.
Better yet, your own Bridal Gown Line.

A good dressmaker!
If you are interested in wedding dresses at 12, pay attention to your classes at school, especially the home economics where they teach sewing. Then go on to study fabric and design and fashion. Learn as much as you can and sew as you go. You can become a dressmaker or seamstress yourself!
There is a lot of detail, a lot of fiddling, a lot of fitting, a lot of patience and a lot of time required for some wedding gowns. But the end result is so worth the time and effort put into creating something so beautiful.
I took dressmaking classes with a fantastic dressmaking teacher to make my own wedding dress. It is in my picture square. The satin and the laces were so lovely to work with.
I learnt so much during those classes. I just wish I was able to keep going to the classes, but I have to sew the cushion covers for a new yacht. It is not as much fun as making dresses. I have thought about finding work with sewing formal dresses, but I need to learn more than I know now.
So learn all you can and find a good dressmaking teacher to learn from, then you could be making the prettiest wedding dresses yourself!!
All the best.
